Allan Reply: November 13th, 2010 at 3:52 pm @Ryan, I think DRoman’s post is actually the truth, the fact that it owns the stores and isn’t losing money on operating the stores, unlike the other mall stores and anchors that just lease the space for their store from whatever mall operator(i.e. GGP, Simon, CBL, etc.) runs the mall.
